Submitting an appointment request through this website does not create a confirmed appointment. Stylebykimm reviews every request and confirms availability by email. Your appointment is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us.

The website is an information and request service. Final pricing, preparation instructions, accepted payment methods, and deposit amounts are confirmed directly by the studio before your appointment.

A deposit may be required to reserve your time. The deposit amount and how to pay it are stated in your confirmation email. Deposits are applied toward the final balance.

Please pay deposits and balances by the methods listed in your confirmation email. Payment details are collected directly between you and the studio; this site never stores your card numbers.

Appointments are limited, so we ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or move your time. The specific cancellation window for a service is stated in your confirmation email.

Cancellations inside the stated window, or appointments missed without notice, may forfeit the deposit. If we cancel for any reason, your deposit is refunded in full.

Clean, dry, detangled or sectioned hair is the safest starting point, and preparation instructions vary by service. Follow the guidance in your confirmation email and contact us beforehand if you are unsure — especially if your hair has been relaxed, colour-treated, or boxed in recently.

Arriving with hair in a condition that requires extra time or product may mean we cannot complete the full service in one sitting. We will always tell you before starting.

Please tell us before your appointment about scalp conditions, allergies, sensitivities to adhesives, glues, dyes, or products, recent chemical treatments, and any medical condition relevant to the service. A patch test is recommended before any adhesive or colour service if you have not been tested before.

We take reasonable care with the products and tools we use, but we cannot guarantee that you will not have a reaction. You are responsible for telling us anything that could affect your safety or the result.

Please give us accurate contact details, dates, and times. A wrong phone number or email address means we may not reach you in time to hold or adjust your appointment.

Hair services are a craft, and outcomes depend on your starting hair, its condition, growth patterns, and the style chosen. We will recommend what is realistic for your hair, but no specific style, length, or result is guaranteed.

Final timing, technique, and price may be adjusted after an in-person consultation, and we will confirm any change in price with you before continuing.

Please ask before photographing or posting your finished look. If you would like your hair used in the studio’s portfolio, social media, or website, let us know — and let us know at any time if you would rather we removed it.

The text, design, crest, and images on this site belong to Stylebykimm or are used with permission. You may read and share the site freely, but you may not copy the design, trade on the name, or use the content to build a competing service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stylebykimm is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from a hair appointment, including lost income or lost opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the state and federal courts located in Louisiana, and you consent to that jurisdiction. Nothing here removes protections you have under the consumer law of your place of residence.

We may update these terms as our services and the law change. The “last updated” date reflects the current version, and terms in force when you booked continue to govern that appointment.
